For the past 10 years FiberTech Polymers, LLC has been using cutting edge proprietary technology and environmentally responsible manufacturing to convert 100% post-consumer wood-fiber waste and recycled plastic into durable, long lasting, aesthetically pleasing products. FiberTech’s privacy fencing and landscape edging products have the look and feel of real wood but require little to no maintenance. These products are sold at Lowe’s, Home Depot and wide variety of Fencing Contractors across the United States and Canada.

COMPANY HISTORY
Founded in 1998, FiberTech Polymers, LLC, a California limited liability company, is a leading pioneer of fiber reinforced composite products is headquartered in Ontario, California. FiberTech has created cutting-edge, environmentally responsible manufacturing processes that turn post-consumer wood-fiber, bound for landfills, and recycled plastic materials into aesthetically pleasing, durable, long lasting, maintenance-free products. FiberTech's current line of "Green" products includes TimberWolf® fencing and SmartEdge® landscape edging systems.
FiberTech's first consumer product was launched in 2003 with its SmartEdge® professional landscape edging system, which was soon followed by the TimberWolf® composite edging systems. These products feature the Company's extruded lawn edging board and its patented SmartStake® installation system which is designed for ease of use by the DIY consumer.
In 2004, FiberTech launched its TimberWolf® Composite Fencing product line, the first composite fence product available in major home improvement centers in the U.S. Today the product line has expanded from pickets to a complete line of Retail and Professional products that includes posts, backer rails, and installation accessories such as adhesive, brackets and color-matched composite screws.
Today, FiberTech is quickly becoming the industry standard in both the landscape lawn edging and residential privacy fencing markets and the “Green” alternative to wood, vinyl and other composite materials.
KEY MANAGEMENT
James "Jamie" Chilcoff, President and CEO
Mr. Chilcoff joined FiberTech in March 2008. He has over 20 years marketing and operations experience in numerous building products and consumer products companies. Mr. Chilcoff received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Eastern Michigan University and Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University.
John Christopher Giles, Director of Business Development
Mr. Giles joined FiberTech in April 2008. He has over 15 years of sales, marketing, product development and sales management experience specific to the building products industry. Mr. Giles received his Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from Northern Arizona University and Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine.
Jerry Crews, Vice President of Engineering
Jerry has over 30 years experience in the development of custom process and processing equipment. He is the patent inventor on the company's intellectual properties and directs the research, testing and enhancement of the product. Jerry obtained his engineering degree from Cal State Fullerton in 1981 and has been with the company since its inception.
Eli Goffman, Corporate Controller
Eli D. Goffman is the Corporate Controller of FiberTech Polymers, LLC. He is responsible for the company wide finance operation. Prior to joining FiberTech Polymers, Mr. Goffman was the Corporate Controller for JC Supply & Manufacturing and American Custom Coach in the Southern California region. Mr. Goffman has over 22 years of finance and planning experience. Mr. Goffman completed his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at California State University, San Bernardino.
Scott Gunther, Vice President of Human Resources
Scott A. Gunther is VP, Human Resources, Organizational Development for FiberTech Polymers, LLC. Mr. Gunther is responsible for areas that include FiberTech's overall human resources strategy including talent attraction, staffing and retention, employee education, compensation and benefits and employee relations. Prior to joining FiberTech Polymers, Mr. Gunther worked for over 18 years in human capitol Directing Human Resources & Organizational Development in the Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, Food & Beverage and Healthcare arenas.
